Breakfast food.
I fried eggs in coconut oil this morning for breakfast. I wasn't too hungry, and I don't believing in stuffing myself for "the most important meal of the day", so I fried one egg.
It tasted delicious! I usually fry eggs scrambled in butter, with a dash of salt and black pepper... and then add cheese. At first I was apprehensive in eating a plain egg fried in coconut oil. I like coconuts, but it would be weird eating an egg that tasted like one.
The egg I fried did not taste like coconuts though. It tasted like a plain egg, which to my chagrin tastes just fine without all the extra ingredients.
I enjoyed it, and now I'm not hungry. I don't feel stuffed, but I don't feel like eating. I believe the coconut oil has something to do with that feeling. I read on Google.com that coconut oil gives off the feeling of feeling full - or less hungry.
I'm also wide awake too! (That feeling comes from the peaceful sleep I had last night!) I'm going to go practice beginners yoga, or dance, or go for a walk.
I'll be going grocery shopping this evening for fresh fruits and green vegetables for my Green Smoothies... more on that later!
